ANXPRO Premium card is a great way to be able to use your Bitcoins and shop. The cards are subject to a number of limits though such as the maximum annual card load balance of USD 32,200. For ATM wihtdrawals the fee is 1.5% or USD 7, whichever is the greater. There is no monthly fee on this card anda card load fee of 1.5%.
