Blockchain Capital FundA digital liquid venture fund that gives opportunity for token holders to become part of a fund investing in companies operating within the blockchain technology sector.

Concept[edit]
- Blockchain Capital, Blockchain venture capital investment firm since 2013, raising addition funds by issuing digital token called BCAP- It allows token holders to enter venture capital market that was unavalaible for them before (no fees to get access to fund, no minimums or barriers to entry)- The fund will exposure to the blockchain technology industry- Lower fees without middle-men: 2.5% management fee, 25% performance fee- Highly experienced investing team (has so far invested about $40 million in 42 startups), strong tech&legal advisory team- Offering will be made under US securities laws
