The verification process at Gate.io is not obligatory. However, there are more and more requests to confirm personal data when users want to withdraw more than 1000 USD.
Trading
Users have access to trading operations in an incomplete amount. To make it as easy as possible all affordable markets are split and sorted into the required combinations: USDT Markets; BTC Markets; ETH Markets; QTUM Markets; ETH Limited; My Markets. The exchange allows users to mark their preferences personally and add them to the bookmark “Favourites”, which is indicated by a star. Selected preferences will be saved in the My Markets tab. A distinctive feature of the platform is the complete absence of fiat currencies. To deposit funds into an account on the stock exchange and also to withdraw them users can use cryptocurrency only. All such operations can be performed by going to the column Wallets. There is no commission fee for the introduction of funds. The size of the minimum investment on the account depends on the currency chosen. If it is Bitcoin, then a minimum threshold is 0.0001 BTC.
